• 400g minced beef (or any ground meat)
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 300ml tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes

• 200ml heavy cream or béchamel sauce
• 200g shredded mozzarella or cheese mix
• 6–8 lasagna sheets (no need to pre-cook if oven-ready)
• A touch of butter for greasing the dish

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until golden. Add garlic, then the minced beef.
2. Cook until browned, then pour in the tomato sauce. Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter.
4. Layer as follows: lasagna sheet → meat sauce → béchamel → cheese. Repeat until you reach the top.
5. Finish with a layer of cheese and a drizzle of cream for that golden crust.
