 Creamy Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup chicken broth
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but adds depth)
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard.
4. Pour the sauce over the chicken in a baking dish.
5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
