Why Sleeping Naked Might Be Healthier Than You Think

Most people slip into bed wearing T-shirts, shorts, or full pajamas without ever questioning it. But sleep experts say your nighttime clothing — or lack of it — can dramatically impact the quality of your rest. Sleeping naked isn’t about comfort alone; it’s about giving your body the ideal conditions to recharge. While it’s not a magic trick for weight loss, it can help regulate blood sugar levels and keep the body’s natural systems balanced. Over time, this leads to more stable energy throughout the day and fewer feelings of grogginess.
