A lady came home from her doctor’s appointment practically floating, smiling so wide her husband thought she might have hit her head on the way back. She tossed her coat aside, humming, glowing, looking ten years younger than when she left.

Her husband stared at her, bewildered. “Alright… what’s going on? Why are you so happy?” he finally asked.

She clasped her hands dramatically and said, “You won’t believe what the doctor told me today!”

He leaned in, curious. She continued, “The doctor told me that for a forty-five-year-old woman, I have the body of someone half my age!”

Her husband raised his eyebrows — honestly impressed — until she smirked and added, “So I asked him what he thought about my brain.”

She paused for effect.

“He looked at me and said, ‘Oh, that? That’s definitely your real age.’”

Her smile dropped. His exploded into laughter.

She crossed her arms. “Very funny,” she muttered.

He wrapped his arm around her and whispered, “Don’t worry… I love all of you. Even the forty-five-year-old parts.”
