She Ordered 25 Gallons of Milk — But What She Said Next Left Him Speechless

The milkman thought he had seen everything.

For years, he had delivered to the same homes, the same orders, the same routine. A gallon here, two gallons there. Nothing ever surprised him anymore — until he read the note left on this customer’s door.

“Please leave 25 gallons of milk.”

He stared at it for a moment, convinced it had to be a mistake. No one needed that much milk. Maybe she meant 2.5 gallons and forgot the decimal. Wanting to be helpful, he knocked on the door to clarify.

A blonde woman answered, wrapped in a towel, looking completely serious.

“Ma’am,” he said politely, holding up the note. “I found your message asking for 25 gallons. Did you mean 2.5?”

She shook her head confidently.

“No, I want 25 gallons. I’m going to fill my bathtub and take a milk bath. I heard it makes your skin soft and helps you look young and beautiful again.”

The milkman blinked, trying to process what he’d just heard. It wasn’t his place to judge, but this was definitely a first.

Trying to remain professional, he asked one more question.

“Alright… do you want it pasteurized?”

She thought for a moment, then smiled and replied:

“No, just leave it by the tub. I think I can climb in by myself.”

The milkman stood there, speechless, realizing this delivery was going to be one he’d never forget.

Sometimes, it’s not the order that surprises you…

It’s the answer.
