The President was ushered to the Situation Room for the urgent meeting \u2013 an intelligence management complex on the ground floor of the West Wing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Situation Room is used for crisis management and intelligence briefings to provide the President with updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It also serves as a secure communication hub for national security matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But it seems yesterday\u2019s meeting was unprecedented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
