\u201cYeah, it\u2019s 4:30,\u201d answers the trucker. He falls asleep again, but he is awoken again by another jogger who wants to know the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s 4:40!\u201d yells the trucker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deciding to really try to sleep a little, he writes on a piece of paper: I DON\u2019T KNOW THE TIME. He sticks the paper in his windshield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But he is awoken again. \u2018It\u2019s 5:25,\u201d says another jogger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cowboy who has just moved from Texas to Montana walks into a bar and orders three mugs of Bud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He sits at the back of the room, drinking a sip out of each one in turn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When he finishes them, he comes back to the bar and orders three more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bartender walks up and says to the cowboy, \u201cYou know, a mug goes flat after I draw it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It would taste better if you bought them one at a time. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The cowboy replies, \u201cYou see, I have two brothers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One is in Arizona and the other is in Colorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When we all left our home in Texas, we promised that we\u2019d drink this way to remember the days when we drank together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So I\u2019m drinking one beer for each of my brothers and one for myself.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bartender admits that this is a nice custom, and leaves it there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The cowboy becomes a regular in the bar, and always drinks the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He orders three mugs and drinks them in turn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One day, he comes in and orders only two mugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All the regulars take notice and fall silent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When he comes back to the bar for the second round, the bartender says, \u201cI don\u2019t want to intrude on your grief, but I wanted to offer my condolences on your loss.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The cowboy looks quite confused for a moment, then a light dawns in his eyes and he laughs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, no, everybody\u2019s just fine,\u201d he explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s just that my wife and I joined the Baptist Church and I had to quit drinking.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt hasn\u2019t affected my brothers though.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
