I looked at Ethan. \u201cYou can stay there tonight. Tomorrow you find work. Then a room of your own. I will help you stand up. I will not carry your life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lucas said, \u201cDad, can you drive us to breakfast?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ethan looked at him like he\u2019d been handed something breakable. \u201cYeah,\u201d he said. \u201cOf course.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
