What the would-be robbers didn\u2019t know was that the woman, a retired military self-defense instructor, had spent decades training others in how to handle dangerous situations. As soon as she sensed the threat, she didn\u2019t panic \u2014 she reacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before they could demand her wallet, she unleashed a series of defensive moves that stunned the attackers. One was knocked to the ground with a swift elbow strike, another got his arm twisted and pinned, and the third ran off before he could even react.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
